  22. language and for helping C programmers with C-related questions.   Would a
  23. Norwegian or Hungarian candidate be considered to work for a department of your
  24. organization set up in his or her respective country?

  26. There are newsgroups for job advertisements regularly perused by professionals
  27. from the computing and other fields. Even C programming topics that relate to
  28. platform-specific issues having nothing to do with the language itself
  29. (graphics, networking, hardware and the like) are frowned upon here.
